In all the cakes that we produce the key ingredient is tradition.

We try to preserve the connection with flavours and quality from the past. We specifically take care of every detail in order to create a cake that suits everyone’s tastes, recollecting flavours from the past. We always choose the best marmalades and creamiest hazelnut spreads to enrich tarts, cakes, traditional cakes and special occasion cakes. Also lets not forget the soft buns and ‘torte della nonna’ cakes, biscuits and local specialties, all prepared following classic recipes.
